Today I am 7 months old! Mom and Dad can't believe it. I love to talk, swim and play with my toys. I also like to eat my veggies and I have tried applesauce and mashed bananas.

I am having a good Memorial Day weekend so far. On Friday, Mom and Dad took me out to eat. On Saturday, I went swimming outside for the first time. Then we went for an exciting trip to the grocery store. Then we went looking at houses. Then we went to visit my friend Lily. She let me play with her toys and swing in her swing. Finally, in the evening, we all sat outside for dinner time. I stayed up way past my bedtime!

I am getting very good at sitting up. I can play for a long time while sitting. I am also enjoy talking now. My teacher says that I like to talk everyone's ears off!

I am getting very good at eating. I can now hold my bottle by myself. Then, on Saturday, I got to eat my first veggies - sweet potatoes. Yum. I like putting it all over my face and spitting it on Dad.

I am almost done with my breakfast, then we are going to visit Grandma and Grandpa.

Today, i went in for my 6 month checkup. I now weigh 17 pounds. The doctor says i do not look underfed. Is that her way of telling me that i am not ready for swim suit season?

After that, Mom and Dad took me out for an early Cinco de Mayo celebration. I had fun showing off and flirting with the waitress.
